What is my order status?
After placing your order, we will send a confirmation email. You can track your order status through the email.
Can I modify my order?
We can only modify orders that have not yet been shipped. Once your order status changes to "Ready to Ship," "Shipped," or "Delivered," we cannot accept any modifications.

What currency will I pay in?
All our transactions are settled in US dollars. If your credit or debit card uses a different currency, your bank will apply the appropriate exchange rate based on the website you visit.

We accept 3-month installment payments.

We ship worldwide, including Asia, North and Central America, Europe, and Oceania, and accept any payment method.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
After placing your order, it typically takes 3 to 7 business days to process.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose.
How can I track my package?
After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email so you can track your order status.
What if I'm not home?
If you are not home, we will reschedule delivery the next day, or our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery date, depending on your chosen country and shipping method.
If the package cannot be delivered, you may need to pick it up at your local post office.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns that meet the following conditions:
- The item must have been sold in our online store.
- The item must not have been used in any way.
- Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
To return an item, please contact our customer service.
Can I exchange this item?
We accept exchanges, with the same conditions as returns.
To exchange an item, please inform customer service that you wish to exchange it for a different product when preparing to return it.
Is return shipping free?
To return an item, please contact customer service for a return address. Once you receive the address, please pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.
In some cases, your return shipping costs are free. If you return the item and the reason for the return is not an error on lilybady.com's part, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
How long does return processing take?
We will confirm the return within 14 days of receiving the package.
Once your return is accepted, we will process your refund, exchange, or reimbursement within 14 days of receiving the return.
